① Understand the basic data of the motor before disassembling, check the quality of the motor, understand the winding principle, voltage, current, power, wiring method, number of poles, speed of the motor, and use a multimeter to check whether the winding resistance is within the normal range and the resistance to ground , That is, whether the insulation resistance is qualified.

② Disassemble the machine, make a record of the installation sequence and position of each component, determine the cause of the burnout according to the burning of the windings, record the wiring method of the junction box before disassembly, and mark the installation position of the outer casing. Some installation positions have directions Can not be installed wrongly. After opening, visually inspect the cause of the coil burnout. There are local phase shorts, interturn shorts, lead wires shorts, single-phase startup windings burn out, running windings burn out, and three-phase burns out in one phase. Whether it is bad or three-phase burned out, you can judge the cause of damage to the coil from the burning of the coil.

③ Record the winding wiring method, lead position, insulation, slot number, coil pole number, wire diameter type, number of turns, span per turn, stator core length, and inner diameter dimensions.

④ Winding wire:


First determine whether to use a single or multiple covered wires according to the wire diameter model. Regardless of how many wires are used and wound, the sum of the cross-sectional area must be the same as or very close to the original wire model (reference error plus or minus 0.02mm).

The length of the wire mold should be appropriate. If it is short, it will not go off the line.

Cut the insulation paper, wind it, and take it off. Pay attention to the action when you are off the line. Do not damage the enameled wire skin insulation paint to avoid short-circuits between turns. Use insulation paper to prevent short-circuits between phases. Pay attention to the direction of the off-line.

The wiring shall be in the manner recorded during disconnection. The joints shall be welded and insulated with insulating sleeves.
For the whole line and the binding line, care must be taken so that the rotor will not touch the coil during installation.


⑤ Dip the insulation varnish and dry it. After the winding coils are bound, first measure the insulation resistance with a megohm shaker to ensure that there is no problem with the insulation and then pour the insulation varnish into the oven for drying.

⑥ Install the motor, check the winding drying condition, the insulation paint is not sticky, and the insulation resistance is greater than 0.5 megohms. The installation should be performed in the reverse order of disassembly. For the parts that need to be maintained, they must be handled after installation, such as bearings The ball gap needs to be replaced, and every maintenance requires refueling and maintenance. Installation is very important to ensure that each component is in good condition and in place.
